Can I return my item?
If you receive an item that is broken or not as advertised, you may reject the item and our Dispute Resolution Team will determine whether it is eligible for a return. Within 72 hours of receiving the item, you can contact via "support@skyfareracademy.com" and submit your dispute. Our team will provide updates on the status of the dispute.
If you’ve already accepted the item as advertised or the 72 hours have passed, the funds from the sale are no longer held in escrow by Skyfarer and the seller is not obligated to accept a return. Though we cannot compel the seller to accept a return, we encourage you to reach out to the seller directly to see if they are amenable. If so, please contact Skyfarer customer support for assistance in facilitating the return.
Alternatively, or if the seller is not amenable to a return, we recommend re-listing the item for sale! Skyfarer will happily waive the seller fee for the sale of this item if you were to re-list it.
