Listing Your Aviation Services on Skyfarer

Skyfarer makes it easy for aviation professionals to list and offer their services to customers across all 50 states. Whether you provide aircraft-related services, specialized aviation work, or consulting, creating a service listing only takes a few minutes.

Step 1: Sign up as an aviation professional

Start by visiting skyfareracademy.com and creating an account as an aviation professional. Once you’ve signed up and logged in, you’ll be able to create and manage your listings directly from your dashboard.

Step 2: Create a new service listing

You can create a new listing in either of the following ways:

Step 3: Choose a listing type

When creating your listing, you’ll first select a listing type, which determines how customers book or request your service. Available options include:

  • Calendar Booking – Hourly
    Best for services billed by the hour with flexible session lengths.
  • Calendar Booking – Fixed Length
    Best for services delivered in a preset duration with a fixed price.
  • Ask Me a Quote (*Recommended)
    Best for customized or project-based services where pricing depends on scope, aircraft type, location, or other variables.

Step 4: Select a category and subcategory

Next, choose “Aviation Services” as your listing category.
Then select the most relevant subcategory that best describes the service you offer. This helps customers find your listing more easily and understand what you provide.

Step 5: Complete your listing details

Fill in your listing information, including:

  • Service description and scope
  • Pricing or quote expectations
  • Location or delivery method
  • Any requirements, certifications, or notes customers should know

Clear, detailed listings tend to receive more inquiries and higher-quality leads.

Step 6: Add your payout details

Before you can receive payments, make sure your payout details are added in your Profile Dashboard. This allows Skyfarer to deposit your earnings directly into your linked bank account once a transaction is completed and approved.
