Who's eligible to join and use Skyfarer Academy?

Skyfarer currently serves users across all 50 U.S. states.

Our platform connects users with independent flight instructors, flight schools, aviation service providers, and sellers of pilot gear and aviation-related equipment within the United States only. At this time, Skyfarer is not available outside the U.S.

No matter where you are located within the U.S., you must:

• Be 18 years old or the age of majority in your state, whichever is older
• Be responsible for complying with any applicable federal, state, or local laws, including aviation, licensing, medical, training, and commerce requirements
• Ensure that any services you offer or book comply with FAA regulations and other applicable rules

Skyfarer does not provide legal, licensing, or regulatory advice and cannot determine whether a specific service or activity is permitted under your individual circumstances.

Location restrictions

Skyfarer operates exclusively within the United States.

Other eligibility requirements

• Flight Instructors, service providers, and sellers are solely responsible for maintaining required certifications, licenses, insurance, and compliance applicable to their offerings
• Any prior suspension or permanent removal from Skyfarer may result in denial of future access

Skyfarer reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the platform to maintain legal compliance, platform safety, and marketplace integrity.
